GS1 required my instructional design expertise to transform complex existing content into clear, engaging learning materials, including Learning Maps, Journey Maps, Slide Decks, and Job Aids. Working closely with subject matter experts and project stakeholders, I adhered to the established design process and objectives outlined in the project plan.

Throughout the project, I ensured that all training materials communicated information effectively, provided clear instructions, and established meaningful links between subject matter, learning objectives, and the business environment.

The deliverables were designed to support multiple learning modes and were completed on time, resulting in a cohesive suite of resources that enhanced understanding and implementation across GS1’s diverse subscriber base.
